Encroachments in prohibited zone near Faridabad air force station : HC orders judicial intervention

To check the encroachments and illegal constructions in the prohibited zones around the air force stations of Faridabad and Gurgaon and failure of local authorities to control the same, the Punjab and Haryana high court on Thursday ordered judicial intervention in the matter.The direction came after the vulnerability of situation was brought to the knowledge of the chief justice through an affidavit filed on behalf of the station commandant of Faridabad air force station at Dabua.
